Hello! I’m Anıl Sayar.
Bioengineering student & Software Developer from İstanbul, Türkiye. I sit at the intersection of Bioengineering and Computer Science. While my academic focus is Bioengineering, I have been a passionate software and cloud engineer since 2018.
My goal is to bridge the gap between these two worlds. I leverage my background in Java, C#, and C++ to build robust systems, while utilizing Python and PyTorch to develop deep learning models for Bioinformatics. If you need a developer who understands both the code and the complex data behind it, let's build something impactful.
I specialize in building scalable, enterprise-grade backends using Java and the Spring Boot framework. From RESTful APIs to complex microservices, I design architectures that are robust, secure, and ready for high-traffic environments.
When performance is critical, I utilize C++ and the Qt framework. I develop efficient, low-latency applications where memory management and speed are paramount, essential for both system-level tools and computational simulations.
I bridge biology and code using Python and PyTorch. My focus is on developing custom deep learning architectures (like Gated Attention Networks) to analyze high-dimensional Multi-Omic data, solving complex biological problems through computational methods.
Studying Bioengineering. Specializing in Bioinformatics and Machine Learning.
Key Project: Comparative Analysis of Multi-Omic Fusion Architectures (PyTorch).
Focus: Computational Biology, Deep Learning, Genomic Data Analysis.
Completed the first half of the Dual Diploma in Bioengineering with a focus on software development.
Coursework: Object-Oriented Programming, Algorithms, Database Management.
GPA: 3.2 (First two years).
This article is still in draft and while it has some explanations, it lacks the code. When I have enough…
How many times i have rewritten the project? Its okay, I really learned so much about Spring, so nice experience.
Now fresh start.
Starting Off This was my fun project, it did not have a real-life plan. Because of that, I have decided…
In this article, we will be getting camera feed using C++ and Qt, with the dependencies of gstreamer, opencv, mavlink and Qt Quick.
